Desired Skills and Experience :

  • 4+ years of experience in Managed IT Services working primarily in a System Engineer / Administrator role.
  • Proven track record in  delivering  successful enterprise implementations .
  • Excellent experience in Microsoft infrastructure solutions [ MS AD , MS Exchange , MS System Center, RMS ]
  • Excellent experience in Citrix infrastructure solutions [ XenApp, XenDesktop, XenMobile, NetScaler , Branch Repeater ]
  • Ability to learn new technologies and achieve new technical certifications
  • Ability to work well with others, as well as independently.  Attention to details.
  • ​Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment

System Engineer

Duties and Essential Job Functions :

  • Complete configuration, installation  and support of solutions in a Microsoft / Citrix infrastructure solutions to the specifications of client proposals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft / Citrix related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
  • ​Maintain and develop technical skills in new technologies , and enabling vendors partnership by achieving the required certifications.
  • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Working with sales team on Presales/Post Sales activities whenever required

  • Complete time logs in ELITE CRM within 48 hours of completing tasks to ensure accurate and timely time tracking, project management and billing of customer
